Dillard is a great athlete who will be a phenomenal pass blocker in the NFL. He has outstanding feet along with good size and length to be a very good left tackle. Dillard is a little behind in terms of his feel for set points and firing off the ball in the run game and lacks ferocity in the run game, but he still has the ability to become a solid run blocker. Overall, Dillard is a little weak in the run game but his incredible pass blocking will make him an early starter at left tackle in the NFL.
