Thomas has the ability to play on either side but some teams believe he would be better off as a guard instead of a tackle. He is dominant in the run game, possessing incredible power and the ability to quickly get to the second level and set up blocks downfield. In the pass game he has average feet and loses balance at times but his power helps him to make up for those problems and they can be corrected. Overall, Thomas is very technically sound and is fantastic in the run game while his flaws in the passing game can be corrected, so he should be an instant starter with Pro Bowl upside.
