Lamb is a fantastic overall player with very few weaknesses. He has ideal NFL size, coming in at 6' 2'' and 198 lbs. He is very polished, and that combined with his quickness give him solid route running ability and a good feel against zone coverage. Lamb has the ability to line up on the outside and inside. Lamb also has great hands and has the ability to make all NFL catches. Lamb's greatest strength, however, might be his ability after the catch. He can take it to the house every time he touches the ball. He has some minor route running issues but those should be fixed with proper coaching. Lamb's only real weakness is that he doesn't have elite speed, with a 4.5 40 time, but we have seen many great receivers with less than stellar 40 times like DeAndre Hopkins, Larry Fitzgerald, Jerry Rice, Antonio Brown, and Dez Bryant. Lamb's lack of elite speed will not be the thing to prevent him from becoming an elite receiver, and he has shown that when necessary he has been able to speed up just a little to get under the ball. Overall, Lamb is a great prospect with very few flaws and should become one of the better young receivers in the NFL quickly.

Analytics-Based Prospect Grade: 96
