Ford is an incredibly athletic player who excels in the run game. He is incredibly raw but his athletic traits give him the upside of becoming one of the best linemen in the league. On top of that, he is inexperienced as a tackle, making him a high-risk, high-reward draft pick as a developmental offensive tackle. Ford might be better suited to become a guard in the NFL because it will be easier for him to develop and he won’t face as many issues as a pass blocker. Overall, Ford’s athletic abilities give him the upside of an elite player, but he is incredibly raw as a tackle, making him possibly better suited to become a guard in the NFL.
