D'Andre Swift
RB, Georgia
Draft Projection: Rounds 1-2
NFL Comparison: Josh Jacobs
Swift has tremendous cutting ability as well as great patience and vision. He is able to wait for his blocks to develop on inside runs and make defenders miss in very tight spaces, but he is also capable of lowering the shoulder and powering through defenders. Swift has the speed and acceleration to get around the edge on outside runs as well. Swift is also solid at catching passes out of the backfield, but he could use some work in that area. His main flaw is the fact that he lacks the breakaway speed to be a home-run hitter, and this will likely prevent him from becoming one of the league's elite running backs. Nonetheless, Swift is a very solid option that should be able to put up over 1,000 scrimmage yards year after year assuming he stays healthy and has the potential to win Offensive Rookie of the Year next season.
