Smith is fast and fantastic after the catch. He also has good hands. Smith is relatively raw as both a route-runner and a blocker, but he has the talent to improve in the NFL. Smith is also very short for an NFL tight end, coming in at only 6’2’’. Overall, Smith isn’t incredibly polished as a blocker or route runner and lacks the height to be a traditional Y tight end, but his good hands and abilities after the catch will enable him to be a well rounded move tight end with Pro Bowl potential.
