Polite had one productive season in college in which he demonstrated his ability as an instinctive pass rusher and a very fast edge rusher. He seemed to lack the grit necessary to play against the run, making it possible that he doesn't play on early downs in the NFL. Polite had horrible interviews and workouts during the combine, making some teams question the abilities he demonstrated last year. Overall, Polite seems like a boom-or-bust prospect who could become a star but could also become a bust.
