Simmons would have likely been a top-10 pick had he not suffered a torn ACL during a workout in February, and he is a top-5 talent. On top of that, Simmons was involved in a fight between two women in 2016 which is a cause for concern, but he was able to avoid trouble while at college. He has a rare combination of both strength and athleticism which will make him a fit in a variety of different schemes. His biggest on-field concern is that he has a lack of instincts, but his incredible athleticism is too much to ignore. Overall, Simmons has All-Pro potential and should become an early starter in the NFL once his injury is healed.
