Fulton is a press-man cornerback who likes to switch up his technique to keep his opponent guessing and find the best way to disrupt the route. He has solid size and is always looking to make a play on the ball, helping him to get quite a few picks. In off coverage he has good eyes and solid balance but he can be slow to react which allows receivers to get open. Fulton's biggest problem is that he lacks long speed and recovery burst so when he falls behind he won't be able to catch up and will give up a big play. Overall, Fulton might give up a few big plays because of his lack of deep speed but he is a very solid player who is capable of playing both press and off coverage so he will likely become a solid starter.
