Dugger has elite size, speed, and explosiveness and was very productive in college, though he went to a Division II school. He has great body control and physicality to help him along with those traits. Dugger has good hands and fantastic range, making him very versatile when combining those traits with his physicality. He is raw, however, as he will need to improve his eyes and basic fundamentals before he is ready to be the high quality coverage safety he is capable of becoming. Overall, Dugger has the physical traits necessary to be a high quality if not great starter, but he is raw since he went to a Division II school so he will need time to develop before reaching his full potential.
