Marquise Brown
WR, Oklahoma
Draft Projection: Round 1
NFL Comparison: DeSean Jackson
Brown is a very fast receiver who is capable of scoring every time he touches the ball. He is a good route runner, and that combined with his speed make him a fantastic deep threat. Brown is also elite after the catch, making him capable of taking short passes for touchdowns. This also gives him value as a punt returner. Brown has a small frame which makes him less likely to catch contested catches than other receivers and also makes him an injury concern. Overall, Brown’s elite speed and run-after-catch ability make him capable of being an incredibly impactful receiver in the NFL, but his frame will make him less likely to catch contested catches than other receivers and more likely to get injured than most players.
