Thaddeus Moss
TE, LSU
Draft Projection: Rounds 3-5
NFL Comparison: Dwayne Allen
Moss has the ability to become a solid starter but doesn't have the upside to develop into a very special player. He has great hands and the ability to adjust his body to catch the ball, but he lacks the ideal height to be a high quality tight end, coming in at 6' 2''. He also isn't incredibly athletic, making it hard for him to get open. As a pass catcher Moss will either have to dramatically improve his route running, rely on getting a ton of catches in traffic, or be schemed into getting open in order to do much. Moss is, however, a phenomenal blocker and that alone will earn him some playing time. Overall, Moss has the hands to be a solid receiver but due to his lack of athleticism it will be hard for him to be very successful, but he is a great blocker so he should be able to contribute to an offense in some capacity.
