Biadasz already has great technique, making him a solid player and potentially a starter. He is very smart and can work in any scheme and plays with good hands. Biadasz's problem is his lack of athleticism. His lack of strength will cause problems in the NFL, particularly against the pass, and his upside will be limited because of it. He also has average lateral quickness which will be a problem. Overall, since Biadasz has great technique he can become an early starter but he has very limited upside due to his lack of athleticism.
