Phillips is good in the run game, as he is massive (6' 5'' 331) and has a ton of power. He has a very wide frame as well. His traits in the run game make him a good fit for any type of inside running system, but he isn't as good on outside runs. In the pass game Phillips struggles a lot and will need to improve in order to become a starter in the NFL. Overall, Phillips is great on inside runs but will need to improve in the pass game and on outside runs in order to become a high quality starter in the NFL.
