Amari Cooper

WR, Cowboys

Amari Cooper was great towards the end of last season when he got traded to the Cowboys. He may actually get better this year as he gets more familiar with the playbook, giving him top-5 upside. The issue with Cooper is that he is relatively risky. He was horrendous on the Raiders and there is a chance he returns to that form. He has shown flashes of elite play in the past only to play poorly again. We don't know if this was another flash or if Cooper will be this good for an entire season. Cooper's value also goes down if Ezekiel Elliott's holdout lasts into the season, as he will become the biggest threat on the Cowboys and defenses will focus on stopping him. He won't see a much larger workload because the offense as a whole will be worse without Zeke so they will have fewer total plays and Cooper will get fewer scoring opportunities. Overall, Cooper is probably the riskiest out of the top 11 receivers, but his upside makes him a good pick towards the end of the third round.
