David Montgomery
RB, Bears
David Montgomery will fill Jordan Howard's role with the Bears, but he is more talented and a better fit for their scheme, meaning he will get more touches and likely be more efficient than Howard. The fact that Howard was so successful in that role in the Bears offense and they were only able to trade him for a sixth-round pick speaks volumes to how the Bears' scheme can make a running back good. The fact that the Bears saw such a big difference between Howard and Montgomery that the Bears were willing to get rid of Howard for essentially nothing and trade up in the third round to get Montgomery shows just how much better he will be than Howard, who was able to be very productive in fantasy. Montgomery has a high ceiling because of how he will be used with the Bears as well as a high floor because of the fact that he will be getting a ton of touches, so you should be confident getting him late in the fourth round.
