DeAndre Hopkins
WR, Texans
Hopkins is arguably the best receiver in the league, and he has been outstanding in fantasy the last two seasons. He finished as the top receiver in 2017 and the second receiver last year, and there is no reason to believe he won't finish in that range again this year. The Texans are getting Will Fuller and Keke Coutee back from injury, and that could prevent Hopkins from getting the numbers he had last year because he will get fewer targets, but even a little bit of regression in yards and catches shouldn't be a big deal. Coutee and Fuller's returns actually give Hopkins a chance to score more touchdowns because the offense as a whole will be better. Overall, Hopkins has the ceiling of the best receiver in fantasy and is a near-lock to finish in the top-5, so he is worth drafting in the first round as the second receiver off the board.
