If Allen can improve his accuracy in his third year, he has the chance to become one of the better quarterbacks in the NFL. The Bills added Stefon Diggs to the receiving core, so Allen should be more productive through the air. In addition, he has top-3 rushing upside for a quarterback, as he was third in the NFL in rushing yards amongst quarterbacks last year with 510 yards and first in rushing touchdowns amongst quarterbacks with 9. Overall, Josh Allen’s athletic ability coupled with the arrival of Stefon Diggs give him great upside and he still has a relatively high floor because of his rushing ability, so he is worth drafting in the eighth round.
