O.J. Howard
TE, Buccaneers
O.J. Howard was insanely efficient last year, as his average of 11.8 yards per target in 2018 ranks as the second-highest mark of all-time among tight ends who saw at least 40 targets. Now that DeSean Jackson and Adam Humpries are gone, there are a ton of targets up for grabs. Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are still there, but this offense is going to pass the ball a ton, so there is certainly enough space for Howard to have a monster season, especially when considering his efficiency. Even if you give him an extremely fair 17% target market share, Howard gets a projection of 68 catches for 1063 yards and 9 touchdowns. If he sees a larger market share, which is certainly possible, Howard could end up being the top tight end in fantasy. Overall, Howard is set to have a breakout season next year that could make him an elite fantasy tight end.
