Beckham was incredible with the Giants, and now that he's in Cleveland he will be in an elite offense with an elite quarterback for the first time in his career. This gives him tremendous upside as a player who was able to be incredibly successful with an old version of Eli Manning as his quarterback. Beckham has a legitimate chance to finish as the top receiver in fantasy this year. In the past some receivers have struggled when adjusting to new teams, and while this is unlikely to be the case with Beckham, it still makes him more risky than other elite options at receiver. Overall, Beckham's upside is too high to let him slip past the fourth receiver taken, but he is slightly more risky than other top-7 guys.
