Vance McDonald
TE, Steelers
Vance McDonald has a ton of upside with Antonio Brown and Jessie James both off the Steelers. The Steelers will run the ball more, but McDonald should still be able to improve. He is now the clear-cut top option at tight end for the Steelers and should be able to thrive in that role. If you combine McDonald's stats with Jessie James from last year, you get 80 catches for 1,033 yards and six touchdowns. Those are great numbers for a tight end, and now that Antonio Brown is gone, those numbers could get even better. McDonald is a little risky because there is a chance the Steelers throw it to the tight end less like they did in 2017 when McDonald and James combined for only 57 catches for 560 yards and four touchdowns. Those aren't great numbers, but they would still be solid for a late-round right end and wouldn't be much worse than other options at this point in the draft. Overall, McDonald has the upside to become an elite fantasy tight end and still has a decent floor so he is a steal as a late-round tight end.
