Christian Barmore is a boom or bust type of a player with All-Pro potential. He is at his best as a pass rusher. Barmore doesn’t have a great first step, but he has solid quickness and is incredibly powerful, allowing him to push the pocket. At times Barmore has flashed the ability to use his athleticism to get around defenders, and when he can do that, he’s special. But, he will need to do it on a more consistent basis to become the type of player he is capable of becoming. Against the run, Barmore is incredibly inconsistent. He plays too high and can get uprooted with ease. At times, however, Barmore has shown the ability to make big plays on the perimeter. Overall, Barmore is a very raw prospect, but he could become one of the steals of the draft if he reaches his full potential.
