Terrace Marshall is big and incredibly athletic, though he will need some work before reaching his full potential. Marshall is incredibly fast for his size (6’ 3’’) and is capable of winning jump balls. He builds speed as he gets downfield and is physical when boxing defenders out to catch the ball. Marshall is good after the catch, demonstrating the speed and power necessary to make defenders miss. Marshall is capable of playing in the slot and out wide. His biggest issue is that he isn’t a great round runner, but with time, he can develop in that area. We’ve seen receivers of similar stature like DK Metcalf struggle with route running in college but turn out fine in the pros. Overall, Marshall is somewhat raw, but he has the potential to develop into a quality WR1.

Analytics-Based Prospect Grade: 94
