Zaven Collins is a massive, well-rounded linebacker who should be a great starter in the NFL. Collins comes in at 6’ 4’’, 260 lbs. That is incredible size that will be very helpful against the run. Despite that size, Collins is still very fast, making him one of the most athletic players in the draft. He has the size and power to take on blockers and dominate against the run and is a reliable tackler. Collins has average quickness, but his size and power more than make up for that. He is even better in pass coverage, as he has phenomenal instincts combined with the size and speed to match up with tight ends anywhere on the field. Collins has a little bit of experience rushing the passer and proved to be effective, but that isn’t his strongest area. Overall, Zaven Collins is a highly athletic, versatile player who will do great as a starting outside linebacker.
