Chris Carson

RB, Seahawks

1200px-U+25CB.svg.png

Chris Carson had a few injuries last year which derailed his season, but he ultimately didn’t lose efficiency. Carson set a career high in yards per carry with 4.8 and was only 0.2 fantasy points per game lower than he was in 2019 despite seeing a drop in touches (which can be explained by his injuries). Carson saw a massive increase in receiving production last year. He had 46 targets for 37 receptions and 287 yards in 12 games. Carson has literally nobody behind him in the depth chart. The only person who poses a mild threat is Rashaad Penny, but Penny’s always hurt. He recently had a cleanup surgery on his knee, so Penny isn’t suddenly going to be healthy. He simply isn’t a real threat to Carson. Now that Carson is healthy, he should dominate the backfield in touches and return to over 1,000 rushing yards and around 50 catches, so he’s a great value at where he’s currently going.
