Mark Andrews

TE, Ravens

1200px-U+25CB.svg.png

Mark Andrews took a step back last season, but he was still a solid fantasy option. Andrews is the top target on the Ravens and has been incredibly efficient since he entered the NFL. He’s fifth amongst tight ends with 8.9 yards per target and he is behind only Jared Cook with an 8.5% touchdown rate. Andrews might see less volume this year, as the Ravens brought in a ton of new weapons. That also means that defenses won’t be able to dedicate as much attention towards Andrews, which should make him even more efficient. It will hopefully make the Ravens pass the ball more often, which means more targets for Andrews, which might help offset his likely drop in target share. Overall, Mark Andrews doesn’t have elite upside due to the fact that he won’t see as much volume as top-end tight ends, but he is a solid, consistent player who will be able to be a low-end TE1 for your fantasy team.
